I called and made an appointment with Creative Carpet Repair for a small repair patch job. I received a quote of $149-200.
However, today they sent out a company called Carpet Savers without explaining to me that they don’t themselves come out to do the job. They contract the work out to someone else.
When the technician arrived I asked for an EXACT price before he would start... he said that his boss Robert told him to call him for pricing. 🤔
The owner, Robert told him to charge me a whopping $300!! I objected and explained my conversation with Creative Carpet Repair regarding the cost

Absolute worst driver in a carpet saver truck. He decided to get into left lane on 99w and then proceed to go 40 on a 55 while being passed by multiple cars...after miles of this...I was finally able to pass him and he was looking at his phone. Thank you for creating a unsafe environment just to look at your phone :-(

This is a review I owe Carpet Savers for quite some time. The guys in this company did a great job installing the carpet for me.
It was at the end of July before I move into my new house. Since I need to get my carpet installed before move in, we had a deal that the work should be done before August 1st. Despite the tight schedule and very hot weather, they work very hard and even use the weekend to get it done on time. I really enjoy and appreciate their sense of being serious on the business.
Regarding techniques, I think they did a excellent job. They installed the carpet for my entire 2nd

The owner Robert Stanley and technician Darryl are professional and personable. My carpets needed stretching and cleaning. They were able to complete the work within a few days after my first call. The workmanship was outstanding, and my 20+ year-old carpets look almost brand new. I highly recommend Carpet Savers.
