We continue to provide services in office and maintain CDC expectations and local mandates to support safety. Masks are optional and are up to individual discretion. Avenues has modified the office to meet social distancing guidelines. All clinicians are also able to offer Telehealth as an optional form of service provision.

At Avenues for Change we believe most everyone can benefit from therapy. We operate from a client-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, understanding each client's journey and therapeutic needs are unique. We utilize a variety of treatment approaches and encourage our clients to explore and discover new, more adaptive ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
Coming together from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of professionals is the backbone of Avenues for Change. Their ideas help shape the direction and mission of our organization as it continues to develop. Kelley moved to Kansas in 1994 to pursue her career in helping others overcome challenges and improve their lives.
At Avenues for Change we have the ability to offer clients an array of therapeutic services. This allows us to best meet the specific need of each client. Services include: Individual Counseling, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling, Group Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Mental Health Assessments, Drug and Alcohol Assessments, Crisis Debriefing Services, Trauma and PTSD Services, and Therapeutic and Custody Visits/Assessments.
Forms posted here are registration forms for new clients. We invite you to download the new client paperwork, and email or fax it to us before your first session. Documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader program. Forms posted here are registration forms for new clients who are children.

Our office is open select Saturdays. Hours are subject to change. Avenues for Change providers may be available to schedule clients outside of regular office hours.
