Was not customer friendly. After making an appointment at 9 and he decided to come early and blamed me for taking too long after arriving at 903. He left as soon as I arrived and told me to reschedule. It is surprising that this business has great reviews considering the way I was treated. I do not recommend this guy to anyone.

Kevin and his crew are amazingly efficient and moderately priced. Kevin was able to work around my hectic schedule and went above and beyond when it came to accommodating my availability. He is a professional at his craft. The work was immaculate, I didn't even think it was the same carpet. If you need any type of work done to your carpeting, you need to call ProTech.

Kevin did an outstanding job! He replied to my phone calls quickly. Went out of his way to come at a time convenient for us to do a quote. Was very knowledgeable about carpeting and stains. He cleaned all of the carpet our 3 story home that we were moving out of. He took our oriental to his site to clean. We'd always taken very good care of it and it wasn't horribly dirty, but you can tell the difference. It's much brighter and softer. He held onto the carpet until we were ready for delivery in our new home. Then, he delivered it at a time convenient for us helped role it out in place.

ProTech Carpet Care does excellent work. Kevin is very knowledgeable with all aspects of cleaning. All work is done right the first time. Our carpets look like new, even the carpet that is 20 years old. Kevin is very fast and efficient. I've had him do my carpets for over twenty years, in 2 homes. My family uses Kevin to clean their homes because he is so knowledgeable, costs are low and carpet looks great.
