The privacy violation in the below response from this agent tells you all you need to know regarding professionalism. Does not respond in a timely manner. Is rude, staff is flippant and rude. Find another agent. Or better yet, do not use State Farm. You get what you pay for and though rates may be low, so is the service. John was assigned by State Farm. I have never met the man and after dealing with him and his staff on the phone, will never want to.

John And his staff have been very helpful and understanding whenever I have had any question on car insurance, home owners and life insurance I’ve been with them for twelve years and they have gone above and beyond for me and also all my friends and family who I referred to for insurance!!!
