When I get service like I received from Chem-dry I am glad to share the positive experience with others. I called for a large job of carpet stretch and clean . The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, I decided to go ahead and book instead of calling to get additional quotes. Roger came out clean cut in a clean vehicle with clean equipment and wow , I could not believe how the carpet looked. I was amazed that he was able to get it clean with no wrinkles. It looked like new. There was also a large desk I meant to have moved before he arrived and when I returned I noticed he had moved the desk

This fantastic company has so many positive attributes that I will do my best to convey my pleasant experience with The Young's Chem-Dry Team. Susan was so professional and polite, her customer service is spot on compared to competitive companies I have used in the past. It's no wonder this company has been in business since 1982! The cleaning performed on my rental homes was amazing, they saved me from replacing the carpet on several properties. I honestly thought that they wouldn't come out as clean as they did.
