With over 30 years experience, we have the knowledge and network to take your project from Start to Finish. Whether working from original concepts or with existing designs, our expert in-house development team will bring your part from concept to prototype, and your die cast to a workable, production-ready mold.
Perfect for creating prototypes or small runs of a finished part, you can send us a data file you created yourself, an existing design, or we can work with you to create a design using SolidWorks software. Printed layer by layer, your file's transformed into a functional model ready for testing or a finished product.

Created 2013 - Our customer came to us with the desire to find a solution to an everyday problem. As a woman with thick, naturally coarse hair, she discovered it was impossible to find accessories for purchase anywhere to accommodate the thickness and texture of her hair.
Searching in stores and online, she realized that most accessories on the market are designed for straight, thin hair and would damage thicker, coarse hair - if they even held in place. This led her to come up with her concept for a new product. Objective: To create a hair clip tool that not only made it easy to achieve many stylish looks without stressing your hair, but that's sanitary, durable and affordable for everyone.

The basic die casting process consists of injecting molten metal under high pressure into a reusable steel mold, called a die. These dies can be designed to produce very complex shapes with a high degree of accuracy to be used repeatedly. Die castings are among the highest volume, mass-produced items manufactured by the metalworks industry and can be found in thousands of consumer, commercial and industrial products.
Die casting is a process of metal casting that forces molten metal under high pressure into a specifically designed, reusable mold called a die. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tooled steel dies which have been machined into shape. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, such as zinc, aluminium or magnesium based alloys, which are melted and then injected into the dies.
