Going through the selection process of multiple different companies, Gercken Construction had very reasonable pricing. They were able to explain the process very well and the various steps that would take place, start to finish. I felt they had good communication throughout the project, this was very important to keep the various steps continuing with as few interruptions as possible. We hired GCS to remodel out bath. Since this is the first time we have remodeled, it was quite daunting to try and find someone we could trust to complete the work as agreed upon and to stay within the estimate. GCS did not disappoint. From the demolition to finishing, everything went smoothly and they completed the job on time and within the budget. Richard and his office staff (daughter, who was very nice) was very timely responding to questions and stopping by to do quality checks as the job progressed. The crew was very helpful with advice on color and fixtures when asked for their opinions
