Make yourself comfortable. If your therapist wants you to adjust your position, she will either move you or will ask you to move what is needed. Otherwise, change your position anytime to make yourself more comfortable. Many people close their eyes and relax completely during a session; others prefer to talk.
Massage Medic has changed my life! I was unable to play tennis due to constant hip pain and was scheduled for a hip replacement when a friend recommended I try Massage Medic first. I have been going to Massage Medic for over 10 years and can’t say enough great things. I was first introduced to them through several athletic training facilities like Velocity Sports Performance and Total Athletic Performance. I often get their myofacial massage for relief in my neck and shoulders as a tennis player. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are familiar working with athletes. Be it tennis, golf, basketball, football combine players, the best of the best go to Massage Medic because they get you feeling right every time. Make sure to book early because they fill up fast!
