We initially used them with a maintenance contract for our unit that the builder installed. In 2019, they sold us whole new unit, and told us it had a 10-year warranty. In May 2021, it was not working, and the employee advised we needed new thermostats, and we elected to make one of them internet compatible, so the cost was $500. For the next 2 weeks, we had the same employee back multiple times to fix the system because it would not shut off unless we turned it off at the breaker. After one "repair" it was only blowing hot air during 85 degree weather. We finally asked for the owner

My home warranty company scheduled with Air Time of the Carolina's to come out and fix my heat today between 3pm and 8pm. Because I previously had a company not show up or return my calls, I called and left a message to confirm the appointment since it is cold out and going to be even colder tomorrow and there is no heat in my home other than a space heater that I purchased yesterday. Christina called me back, confirmed the appointment, said Randy and his apprentice would be here around 5. 5:30 came and no one had showed up so I called and left a voicemail to make sure they were still coming. I was having issues with my air conditioner and I called a few places but they wanted to much money. I got ahold of Christina at Air Time and she had a service tech out by the end of the day for only $49!! The service technician and the office staff was so nice and didn’t try to hassle me into something that I did not need! I will definitely be using Air Time in the future if I have any issues and recommending them to everyone! Thanks again!

Had several quotes on a new system work hard for our money so we do our homework and research Air time of the Carolinas Came by in by far with the best quote we upgraded from a 3.5 ton to a 4 ton unit and had all new duct work installed in the attic instead of under the house wow what a night and day difference. Randy and his Crew are top notch worked quickly clean and quiet as possible hi s crew toughed it out in an attic hitting over 105° in late june Beach heat. highly recommend!!! A++++
