Chem dry did a wonderful job of setting up the appointment to my convenience. The technician, Dennis, called me in advance, showed up on time, gave me a detailed explanation with specific pricing on each service provided and was honest in his approach. He was thorough and did a wonderful job. My carpets look great and they are drying fast. I will use them again!

Excellent business! Great price, on time, professional and my carpet is very clean. My only tiny negative is that my carpet isn't soft like it usually is after being cleaned. It actually feels a little ruff. But it's clean! The manager did my place and he was very friendly which made it a very pleasant experience.

Had whole house done. Three bedroom and one liv. Rm. Cost $630 ,After buying house we found there spots of dog urine in carpet all over the living room and master bedroom. Was to have been $231 for the four rooms, but had to pay additional $400 for pet cleaner treatments.
Still smells like urine, not as bad but definitely still there. Tech said he would come back and clean carpet again. We will see what happens.
