Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating was founded by owner and Master Plumber Charles Malley in 2013. Charlie was born and raised in Roslindale Ma, and was the product of two hardworking blue collar parents. Charlie went to Catholic Memorial H.S. And then onto receive his B.S. in business management from Plymouth State University.
After graduation he dove head first into the plumbing field. He worked for a few small plumbing shops before starting Pinnacle P&H in 2013. Since its' first year the company has continued to grow much beyond initially expected, starting out in a single van to now having multiple trucks and employees.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
Very dishonest and unprofessional!! They just disappeared after promising that they were going to do the job. They don't care about professionalism, your family situation or your life. If somebody else pays more they just stop replying your messages.

Pinnacle plumbing has never let me down. Charlie, the owner, has rescued me numerous times, from replacing a broken, leaking water heater to helping me search for a lost earring in my shower drain. He has assisted in 2 different remodeling projects at my home as well. He and his workers are conscientious, respectful, and thorough. As I said, Pinnacle has never let me down!

The guys were great, despite having abnormal needs for clay studio sinks. The only thing that worked out poorly is there is no down grade from the drain pipes to the clay trap. That pipe needs to slant down for flow and prevention of any sediment build up. As it is, it lays totally horizontal and there's always globs of clay and junk in the pipe between the drain & the trap. I use my finger to try to scoop any out, but have to flush it with clean water and give it a second cleaning every time- which is 1x a month.

I have had Pinnacle out to do numerous different jobs ranging from heating system to plumbing to servicing. They have always been prompt, up front and transparent about what to expect and the cost associated, and I have always been very satisfied with the results. Added bonus-they took the time to explain different options for the way the work was done so they not only completed the current job but made future servicing easier and more cost efficient ultimately saving me money in the long run. Highly recommend!
