My response to your comment back... guess you like showing everyone how incompetent you run your business so I will go into detail.
So.. calling a customer back and telling them you have "several" batteries instock before you go check is ignorant to me. You had the battery .. you didn't want to sell it to me. You had several..maybe you need to do some retraining? Like look for the part first..before returning the call.. so no I don't believe you made a mistake. Your attitude changed when I questioned the price when I called back. You don't care for northerners that came

Recently stopped here due to nail in sidewalk. Although busy the nice lady at service desk met me at the air line and found the bad tire and aired it up free of charge. The did not have tire in stock but referred me to Black’s in L River , who had the tire and took care of the issue for us. Thank you.

Good luck getting the 3 of them hiding behind their computers to look up and acknowledge your presence ! I have used them in the past and just accepted the fact that they are rude or just have the personality of my shoe ! Must be related to one another. I just won’t let them, as they see it, do me any more favors. Go elsewhere where your business is appreciated!

I have already come in personally and spoke with the owner. I took my car in for oil change, tires, inspection and check engine. Not only was that fulfilled in a timely manner, they had fixed the small dent I have had on my door for 2 years. They didn’t say anything, trying to get recognition, they just did it without being asked. That is service we don’t see very often anymore!
