Since 1992, FLEXTECH has been delivering engineered foam solutions to a diverse customer base. Our team is comprised of members who are all committed to providing an exceptional level of service and responsiveness throughout our customers' experience. We have a core group of personnel that includes sales professionals, engineers and support staff, many of whom have been in the foam fabrication industry for their entire careers.
PLEASE NOTE: Flextech, Inc. is a supplier to industry. We do not sell foam to individuals for mattresses, upholstery, hot tub covers, cosplay, recreational float pads, foam flooring, boat decking or acoustical insulation. We are also not equipped to manufacture yoga mats, yoga blocks, foam exercise rollers or children's toys.
We were contacted by a medical device company that was developing an implantable electronic device, similar to a pacemaker, which would be used to treat obesity. They wondered if we might be able to provide a solution for an application they had where they needed to enclose an electro-magnetic charging coil for the device, in materials that needed to be comfortable and safe when in contact with a patient's body.
A significant portion of our business is in manufacturing custom foam components for medical device companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. We are involved in the design, development, and manufacture of unique, fabricated and molded foam components; including patient interface parts for diagnostic and therapeutic applications, comfort pads for orthopedic supports and braces, medical device packaging and more.
We were contacted by a company that designs and manufactures goalie helmets for hockey players. They had been manufacturing their helmets overseas and wanted to re-shore the manufacturing of their helmets and helmets pads to the United States. Of course, as a U.S. manufacturer, we were glad to help them do so.
