I have used them quite a bit in the past, but lately it has been taking too long to get my report. When I pay for a 6 hour rush I expect to get it 6 hours after I order it, but they only work till 6pm so if you don't order your report before noon you'll get it the next day. There were several reports this March I got very late after the 6 hour rush. I called and spoke to a lady about it and she said she would get my refund for the rush amount only, but I'm still waiting on that money and now they won't respond to me about it. I won't use them again.
