Rick was truly great, he helped my wife and I accomplish a dream we had envisioned for a long time. My wife and I were both first time home buyers and got paired with Rick through one of the many real-estate apps we were using to look for homes. I highly recommend Rick and Santa Realty. My family moved from Florida and was unable to visit our prospective homes in person. Rick went out of his way to make sure that all of our questions were answered and was very fast and responsive in setting up our showings. This was a must in a competitive housing market! Rick is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process, has a deep knowledge of the homes themselves, and works very well with loan officers, attorneys, home inspectors, etc. I cannot recommend Rick and Santa Realty enough.

Rick know the ins and outs of this business like no other. He was immeasurably helpful through navigating the entire closing process, which in my situation was incredibly complicated.
