I'm a Certified Master Inspector. There are only a few of us in a state of Illinois and three of them are my students. I've inspected a lot of cedar shake roofs, so I know what a good shake roof is. So far my experience with roofing contractors installing cedar shake roofs was kind of lousy. To put it simply: they just don't get it.

I just had the roof of my house done by ATJ'S Home Improvement Inc. I am very satisfied with their work. The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up all around the house, leaving the property spotless!! The rep. Of the company Mark, was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this roofer company.

We needed a new roof at our warehouse last fall after experiencing several leaks. We called ATJ's Home Improvement and were really impressed with the high quality level of service. Owner Tomas and his team were punctual and professional and did not leave any debris or mess after the job. ATJ's rates were fair and we would certainly use them again!

We recently had hail damage in Channahon, Illinois. The ATJ's Home Improvements located in Oakbook, Illinois replaced our roof. They did a "FANTASTIC" job. Very professional, knowlegable and timely.
