After dealing with Sue Little for almost 8 weeks, our sales contract as buyers has been terminated through breach of contract by the seller. Sue's constant interruption during conversations, consistent raising of her voice at me, incessant talking down to me as though I know nothing, continuous argument over a very important point (pumping septic) for which I provided documentation showed her personal relationship with the seller and that our best interests weren't her concern, multiple incidences of backtracking and giving different information than she provided previously, as well as her unprofessional
