This is a local company that the owner, Jason, has expanded from a small carpet cleaning service to include pressure washing, mold remediation, upholstery cleaning, hurricane damage repair, and the list goes on. I needed the carpets cleaned in 2 bedrooms and thought there might be mold on one carpet where a cardboard box had been. I called them up, and they sent someone out the next morning for a carpet cleaning + moldicide. Robbie showed up early (called first) and had everything wrapped up in about 15 minutes. He was a friendly guy who gave me a brief history of the company as well as carpet

The prices are great! James was my technician and he is awesome. He is the epitome of customer service. He called me before the appointment time because he was ahead of schedule to see if I wanted him to come earlier. We agreed on a time and when I got to the unit he ready to work. James was very pleasant and respectful. The carpet had a red stain and he told me upfront that it would not come out. Low and behold he was able to get it out. This was my first time using Extreme Carpet Care. I had an appointment scheduled for 0800-1000 this morning and at 10 am received a phone call notifying me that it was still going to be another 20 minutes before the cleaning technician would arrive. It was apparent well before 10 am that the commitment was not going to be met, so why wait until the appointment time had expired to notify me? Furthermore, how on earth is the schedule already so far behind this early in the morning?

This was my first time getting my carpet professionally cleaned (required by apt complex at move out) so needless to say I was very nervous about getting my carpet cleaned and what to expect. I called around different carpet cleaning companies in Tallahassee, and Extreme Carpet Care had extremely cheap prices- $55 for a one bedroom apartment, while others were charging $80! I decided to give them a shot, and I am so impressed and happy i did. Rob and Troy came out to clean my carpet and help me with a bleach stain.
