I met doctor Ziv approximately 12 years ago! I was recommended to him by a ENT doctor in Thousand Oaks. His receptionist was an excellent sales person. They offered cookies, wine and soft drink which was very nice. I had TMJ and he said I needed TMJ treatment, along with a splint. Unfortunately, the Splint changed my alignment, I think he meant to change my alignment so I wouldn't have an option, but to be persuaded by his receptionist, and Doctor Ziv could charge $35,000 for veneers. He told my husband to mortgage our home if we couldn't afford veneers. Yikes! I definitely regret

Years ago, I was new to the area, and a veneer on one of my front teeth had broken. I went to Dr. Ziv, and he repaired it. But then he and his receptionist both gave me a high-pressure sales job. Dr. Ziv said that my teeth were worn down and I needed crowns on all my teeth. I had never been led astray by a medical or dental professional before that time, so I naively believed what they were telling me. I, a senior lady, was quite satisfied with the appearance of my teeth, but they kept telling me how much better that new crowns would make me look. I caved in, and agreed to the work. Years
