My Uncle Pervis "PJ" James Robins and his wife Victoria Aunt "Vicky" lives in New Orleans. One day she said, Henry we need to make pre-arrangements for PJ. I asked her, will it be alright to contact Richardson. I pick out everything, took pictures of casket. She didn't look a picture on her phone until came back and removed that casket picture off. My husband's family used this funeral home to have a memorial and cremation for his father (my father in law). Unfortunately due to this past week's ice storm we did not make it to the memorial. My husband was crushed. This funeral home allowed us to make another appointment and come for another viewing before the body has to be cremated. My husband was over come with emotions because of the over and beyond gesture of this funeral home. We were still able to say our goodbyes and did not feel rushed. We will forever appreciate it. Special thanks to Mrs. Linda. Thank you so much. 💓

Called Ms Richardson and told her about an issue and this issue of removing the dirt from around father grave sent her on a very unprofessional response for a funeral home and a business. She wa ask to remove the dirt was stack as a little hill from her own contracted personnel that had left it there. I asked on two occasion and got same response I call them, this went on for 5 months. I paid someone to remove it. Her response was for me to use another funeral home nothing like the professional way her father was next generation I guess. I kept the letter will forward to all family members. Upset
