They did a fantastic job, came here when they were supposed to, the price was what they quoted, and cleanup was average, but after speaking to the owner, they came back and cleaned up the entire job site. They were not the lowest bid, but not the highest either--several references from houses in our neighborhood.

After 20 years with cedar shake roof, it was time for a new roof. Since all my neighbors got their roofs replaced by Allways Roofing, I went with the company. As promised to finish in 3 days, we got a new roof with my complete satisfaction. I recommend this company for any roofing matters. Richard delivers what he promises. With any business, I always choose family owned.

We were part of a big group of folks that signed up with Allways. Attached is a picture of their work under the eaves. And, they cut our DirecTV dish and just threw it in the trash and never said anything. When we asked about the dish, Rich said it was our fault and DirecTV's fault for the way they mounted it. Plus, our house was freshly painted last summer. Do not go with this company.

We can't say enough good things about Allways roofing! The quote we got was 1/2 the price of the two other quotes for a similar product, and they were done quickly and efficiently, and billed us exactly what we were quoted. No surprises! We were thrilled! Everything was super no nonsense and efficient with his company!

I cannot say enough good things about Rich Ovak and Allways Roofing. Starting with price... we had a total of 5 bids done with roofing companies in the area. Allways bid was the lowest and product used (CertainTeed-Presidential) was superior over all other bids that we received! Above and beyond that, unlike any other bid we received, Richard included pricing for 5K gutter replacement. A consideration that I had not though of. But made sense! They made the whole thing painless. Once we accepted the bid, the owner Rich got in touch about a date. The materials and dumpster showed up the promised morning and the crew a few hour later. We had an old cedar roof that needed to be replaced with modern architectural shingles. The entire stripping, new sheathing, underlayment, shingles, ridges, vents, etc... was all complete in 4 days and the cleanup was perfect. The roof looks great. I couldn't be more pleased.

This business responded to my Yelp review and accused me of asking them to be dishonest and that's why he was unresponsive. The truth is that as the review states, he did not listen to what I told him when I contacted him and he did not want to take the effort to actually go into my attic and assess the problem. He showed up with a boilerplate offer and a Google Earth screenshot of my roof. I was actually very surprised that he did this and demonstrated a complete lack of comprehension of our original conversation. I experienced a couple of problems along the way, although ultimately the work was all completed and the roof looks good. done and satisfactorily so. number of problems, but I'll only summarize the major ones. Believe it or not, reroofing our house with Rich and Allways Roofing was was much better than we expected! Reroofing one's house isn't high up on the fun quotient. Since they reroofed most of the other homes in our development, they knew the requirements for our HOA, which are extensive. The price quote was lower than most other companies who offered bids, Rich was always very responsive, calling us right away after a message was left. He took time to explain the process and costs.
