The Verso Apartments is a five-story development consisting of 172 units and approximately 2600sf of curbside retail area. Much of the building is constructed with conventional wood framing over SOG and spread footings. To accommodate the open retail space within the east wing a concrete post-tensioned podium slab was provided at level 3.
