Tried to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude. Didn't help me with anything and didn't want to make an appointment for me when I gave them my insurance info. Didn't explain nothing. First thing she asked, "How did you find our office?". Google search 🔍. Won't even try to go here.

i came to rainbow chiropractic a while ago. my insurance covered my chiropractic therapy i needed and when they realized that, they weren’t too happy. i was 19 at the time and didn’t have a lot of money. after i declined the $50-80 massage that they constantly kept trying to push on me, they pretty much stopped caring about me after that. the “doctor” asked me where it hurt and when i told her she forced me to stretch and pop it myself while she supervised and then after she made me crack my whole back by myself. she then put me on the

Full therapy for me at rainbow chiropractic... I feel amazing and was treated very nicely. The office is not only neat and clean but very warm and inviting. Covid precautions were practiced. My therapist and her staff where clean and thorough.
I went in feeling stiff and in pain, but with the help of rainbow chiropractic I feel amazing.

The customer service handed out by Elvia is by far some of the best customer service I have seen in many years. We all know that good customer service is sorely lacking these days and when you find someone who is so customer focused, oriented and as professional as Elvia you have to take the time to acknowledge this. Elvia is also very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Great customer service all the way around.

Unbelievable customer service from the moment I walk in the door. The ambiance is very refreshing, relaxing, soothing and comfortable. Every time, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Elvia. She is just so knowledgeable and eager to help in any way she can. She set me up with the best therapists. I've been going here now for over a year, and each therapist was great in their own way, but I have to say, Kimberly was by far the best.

The staff are friendly, nice, attentive and listen to what you need, and that’s just when you walk in the door. I’ve had 2 different masseuses and both were excellent. The doctor is quick and effective, taking the time to educate you about what she’s going to do. The whole environment is warm and inviting, and you leave there relaxed and refreshed. Good hours, great place. I will be back.
