They supposedly mailed off a check to the home warranty I got with buying my new house with them, but then 2 months later when I called my home warranty they said they never received payment. M.D. title never reached out to me to say they still had my money, I had to call them to find out that lo and behold the check was never cashed!!

The attorneys and staff at MD Title, LLC were great to work with. They answered all my questions, took the time to explain what was needed and what was expected of me and they also made the closing fun and enjoyable. I was very nervous at the onset, simply because the buy/sell process can be very stressful, but the staff was there to ease my anxiety along the way. MD Title is a top notch, professional company.
