Duncan Heating and Air Services was started in late 2010 with my parents Raymond and Cathy. Before our heating and air company dad had a very advanced and in depth background in the field of research and development. My two brothers (Derek and Spencer) have been a vital asset to our company as well.
Mom has been the backbone to all of our success from answering all the phone calls to standing and holding a flashlight for me in the middle of the night to get a client back cool again. Beyond our immediate family our employees have become an extension of our family and we give them much of the credit to our success.

At Duncan we take great pride in indoor air quality. Derek is in charge of our clean air division. Many times people forget about the condition of their duct system. We recommend cleaning your duct system every 5-7 years. Our machine is able to photograph the ducts before the cleaning and after so that you can see the difference.

They fixed my air the end of May, its's acting up again. They scheduled an appointment that I'd have to pay for them to recheck. I had someone at my house waiting they never showed up. Told me we call you didn't answer so we cancelled. I called and told them they didn't say if I didn't answer no one would come, I was told that she thought that was common sense. I'll have a lawyer look into it. I have a grade degree I think I'd have to have common sense. She was very rude

You can't get any better than Duncan! Family owned and operated. The way they do business shows that they want you as a customer for the long haul. They've been to my house a few times, and could've ripped me off by convincing me to get a new unit for the basement, but instead came up with a plan to keep it going for a few more years. When the time comes to replace, you can bet I'll be calling them.

Just a shot in the dark when we selected this company, but we were blessed! Cole arrived when he said he would and was able to troubleshoot our issue very quickly. He was able to get the system up and running again at no additional charge over the service call fee. He was very professional and we will definitely be calling them again when it comes time to replace our units. Thank you!
