From routine cleanings and fillings to bruxism devices, Gravel Springs Dental is equipped to handle all your dental needs. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.

All our professionals at Gravel Springs Dental maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry. Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.

Stopped in for an out of town/last minute consultation as well as extraction. Due to my own health being worse than expected, an extraction could not be done at time. Dr. Patel and his team made sure I left with good instructions, prescription to help get me to a better state for extraction, and referred me to folks closer to home. Even after calling days past my visit, they were warm and able to help me with a couple of questions. Thank you.

Dr. Patel is by far the BEST dentist that I’ve ever dealt with. He’s Very patient, kind and understanding....after explaining to him why I was nervous about my 1st visit with him ( I was strapped down by my childhood dentist). He understood and dealt with me with kind hands and explained Everything he was going to do as he proceeded.

Recommended by a friend. I went in with the intention of having the remainder of my teeth removed but was encourage to keep them and restore the teeth I had and do a partial or two. Best informed decision I have ever made regarding my teeth.

I used to avoid the dentist, but I enjoy my visits with Dr. Patel and his staff. They're very friendly and careful. Menissa greets everyone with a smile, Judy is a gentle cleaner, and Dr. Patel is good at showing any potential problem areas, and explaining what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. He also has a good "chair side manner" with a good sense of humor. I trust them -- as evidenced by the fact that I've KEPT my appointments for the past 4 years!
