We got 3 quotes from local companies for a new furnace & zone system. Dixon had the best price and Noah was professional and seemed honest/ straightforward/ not “salesy.”
The office was always quick & professional in their communications.
Kerry & John did a great job with the install. They were very polite and efficient, and explained things as needed. Our new system is working perfectly.

They were very prompt and were able to come the same day I called. He was very friendly and professional and worked efficiently, fixed my AC quickly on a very hot August day! I would certainly recommend them and will use their services again.

My A/C died on a weekend when it was extremely hot and humid and It was 90 degrees inside. I called Dixon Monday morning and was promised a serviceman by late morning. He showed up before noon and had it up and running cool very quickly. I needed a replacement part and he came back 2 days later to finish the job. I was extremely happy with the promptness and the service job.

Dixon always has excellent service, as I have used them numerous times. Coming from Northern VA, it's nice to find quality work that doesn't cost a fortune. It's a busy time of year and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I am always pleased with their work and will call them again when i need something.
