Hoard Chiropractic Clinic
If you are a new patient and are interested in being seen by one of our doctors, please give our office a call at 269-685-5486 so we can schedule your first initial appointment. We will see walk-in patients again, but we currently have patients with appointments that we will honor their scheduled time as close as we can.

We will do our best to accommodate walk-in patients throughout the day, but there may be times that we cannot provide care due to scheduled patients. Dr. Hoard and Dr. Kelly Lester are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Dr. Martens is available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If you would like to contact the office prior to arrival, the staff can assist you in finding an available time frame.
Services
Have you been looking for a chiropractor in Plainwell? Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, the chiropractic care offered at Hoard Chiropractic Clinic in Plainwell emphasizes the importance of improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place.
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Hoard Chiropractic Clinic our goal is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Christina or Hoard to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Christina or Hoard to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

This office is very disorganized. Last week, I had an appointment and they were over an hour late. Today I came in for my appointment at 5:30 for them to tell me that it would be another hour wait. For working and busy people like my husband and I we cannot constantly wait an hour for our schedule appointment. Also when I explained to the staff that I would have to cancel because I have other commitments, the got an attitude and said they “weren’t sure if they were going to charge me for the appointment”. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt way to many times and have been a loyal

I am so disappointed. I went to the clinic at the recommendation of a friend, intending to switch from the out-of-town chiropractor I've been seeing very two weeks for the past several years. I would love to see a chiropractor close to home. After spending a half hour in the waiting room filling out papers, my impression of Hoard Chiropractic is an unfriendly environment, a focus on fees, and little interest in patient health. Never once did anyone introduce themselves or inquire about my health goals. They did spend time explaining all the fees they would charge. After a half hour I walked out

Dr. Hoard and Dr. Martens are two awesome Doctors. I went in with upper back pain and between these two fine Doctors they had me feeling better right away. Now don't get me wrong, Chiropractic care is incremental and while my visits provided relief it was the pain that occurred between visits that gradually got better. I can say that after just three weeks that I am about 80% back to normal.
