Critical: Responsiveness
Supposed to be helping with a real estate transaction. Have been getting the run around for months, waiting for him to get one piece of paper we need to close. Tells us “10 days” and then says “no ETA”. Doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to messages and when he does, he never has answers. Frustrating to say the least.

We recently worked with this law office on a real estate purchase. They were very unorganized. The staff was rude when pertinent questions were asked about our purchase. It was as though we were an inconvenience. None of our requests were met. Our final figures were incorrect. The list continues. I would not use this law office for any legal matter in the future.
