Steven W. Sizemore and Charles E. McGee have more than 40 years' combined experience providing legal services to employers and insurance carriers, and represent their clients from the administrative forum of the Industrial Commission through the appellate stages of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court.
Having grown up, been educated, raised a family with my wife, and worked in western North Carolina, I have a connection to the people and businesses which provides a proper perspective in providing legal counsel. Steve and I formed this firm with a goal of continuing the business and personal relationships we have built with our clients over many years.
Charles E. McGee is a native North Carolinian who has worked his way West across the state. Born in Wilmington, Charles grew up in Sanford, and then moved to Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies and ultimately, law school. He completed his move West in 2006 by joining Steven in Asheville, where he and his wife raise a young daughter and son.
Parking is in the City Centre Building parking deck, which is accessed from College Street. The entrance to the deck is located between the City Centre Building and the Hilton Garden Inn. You will receive a time-stamped parking ticket from the kiosk to enter the parking deck. That ticket MUST be validated prior to your departure from our office to avoid being charged a $20-per-hour fee, payable via credit card.

I recently went through some major issues with workman's comp with my Employer... They are a major Employer in the medical field in Western NC...
