Dr. Steven Gansen was born in New Prague and grew up on a farm 7 miles southeast of Belle Plaine. He now resides in Belle Plaine with his 3 children, Danica, Avery, and Reese. Dr. Gansen graduated from New Prague High School and continued his education receiving both a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
The doctor of chiropractic analyzes your body for vertebral subluxation, a severe form of spine and nerve stress, using his/her hands and other analysis tools, and then corrects or removes any spinal nerve stress using various spinal adjustment techniques. Dr. Gansen and staff truly care about their patients. They are so welcoming when you come in and are accommodating to various schedules. I’ve been dealing with some lower back pain and not only have I been getting regular adjustments, Dr. Gansen recommends various things I can do at home in between visits. I highly recommend them!
