Our company was developed in 2000 as a consulting firm to support several major brands in our industry. After a few years, we decided to add products to our customer offerings. As the the years evolved, we began to develop more and more products until we had full product lines for several different markets.
We provide consulting services for all types of companies in the field of specialty lubrication. No project is too small or too large. With our vast knowledge and global resources, we are open to providing all types of consulting to support our customers. Many of our customers have strong brand management.
Triboscience & Engineering was founded in 2000 on the premise that companies needed support in their development and manufacturing of specialty lubricants. More than a decade later, TS&E has helped hundreds of companies improve their specialty lubricant formulations, product lines, production processes and operations through the Tribosyn brand.
TSE was founded as a technical services company providing consulting to major lubrication brands. Constructed new laboratory and implemented more analytical equipment to provide technical support for lubrication divisions of multiple Fortune 500 companies. Installed manufacturing equipment and began producing oils and greases under the Tribosyn brand.
TS&E's leadership team has decades of global experience with some of the major specialty lubricant companies. Our experience covers all market segments and regions in the world. As a result, we are able to support customers with technological solutions across all industries. Paul A. Bessette is the president of Triboscience & Engineering, Inc. and has been involved with synthetic lubricants for 40 years.
