I hired Maggie last December to handle a divorce and child custody case. Almost nothing happened in the beginning due to my ex husband and I trying to handle it ourselves, but once he got his own attorney I felt like she still did not care. Their policy is they contact you within 24 hours, but that is not the case. I kept track of dates and times I called and twice she never returned my call, and twice didn’t return emails claiming she forgot to hit send. I called and spoke with Scott once to ask Maggie a question and Scott was incredibly rude to me basically saying there was nothing that could

I was Maggie’s client; while she initially did a good job representing me, and was responsive at first, her interest and/or ability declined over time. I wish my experience with her and this firm ended as well as it started, but I had to go another direction with additional expense and stress and unfortunately cannot recommend them to others.

I was looking for information/advise so I contacted this lawyer by phone. He was in my area. I tried to explain to him my my situation. I probably spent a total of 90 sec or less with him. During that time, he was rude, cold and disinterested in what I had to say. He seemed to care about money only! Showed no compassion what so ever. May have been haviing a bad morning but that is no excuse to be disrespectful.
