We used this office this year to do our taxes. I would only recommend them if you want to throw money away. Not only did they initially miss/forget deductions with the papers in their hands, that I had to catch after the work was done, they also missed another rule/regulation from the IRS, stating we would get back significantly more than we actually did. We only found this out, months later, from a letter from New York State.
