Changed 2 doctors already, communication with staff and doctors/nurses is horrible. They don't seam to care , not even when you are in in excruciating pain. Dr. Ryan gave me antibiotics that tore up my intestines, I mean rally bad sharp pain and rectal bleeding, after talking to her nurse who relayed most wrong messages to her Dr. Ryan still kept me on same meds, that are confirmed later with another doctor, "well known to cause intestinal issues". I like Dr. Ryan as being nice person when being seen but when it comes to her "expertise", its questionable.

My daughter called on a Monday to schedule an appointment. After giving her symptoms - sharp pain in her right side - she was scheduled for 10 am the next day with Dr. Meinhardt. When she showed up to the appointment, in obvious pain, she was asked about her covid test results. She said she wasn't told she would need a test. They wouldn't treat her without it and if she got one right away, they could, maybe, see her later in the day. She ended up going to a different clinic, where they took her right in and diagnosed a CT for a possible appendicitis. She was rushed to the ER where

It says they open at 8 am but I can’t get ahold with a clinician to explain why the doctor sent an order for a general health panel without specifying what lab work I need . After I got a hold to the clinic the nurse or the other staff didn’t know what the code meant and which labs the doctor required. Now they have to call the doctor and hope the doctor remember me and which labs she requested ? Well … I thought that’s why they do chart notes . Very unprofessional !!!!!! Do not recommended this medical center .

It is a +5 for Dr. Ryan however in the far minus for Dr. Meinhardt which I had to see on a few occasions when Dr. Ryan wasn't available(but never again...). He is rude, he doesn't care and if you say more than 5 words to him you are just annoying him. It's beyond me how this man can help anyone at all. Waste of time and money

I have been going to this doctors office since I was 8 years old, I have never had a bad experience and always the best help. Dr. E dosent beat around the bush, he let's you know what's wrong and how to fix. Hands down best doctor I have seen since moving to alaska from cali. I always make sure if people need a new provider to include this office in my conversation.

Dr Kathryn Ryan has treated my husband for several different issues (over 3 years) and has addressed each of them very quickly and effectively. The last issue, we called early on Monday morning and after hearing his symptoms, their office had him get an ultrasound before seeing the dr the same afternoon. Later in the week, I called with some concerns and it took 2 days before receiving a call back from her nurse. I returned the call and had to insist that I get to speak to her because it had already been over 2 days from my initial call. When I finally got to speak to the nurse, she indicated the

The nurse wiped the vision tester and said to wait to dry. When it dried the lenses were all smudged so I requested to wipe. She didn’t want to do it, so I had to ask multiple time before she let me use wipes to clean the lenses. Because the mask as soon I headrest was fogging out the lenses and couldn’t clearly see so I asked permission to remove the mask. She didn’t let me do it. I tried again to no avail and asked again. I can’t deal with you anymore she said with very arrogant tone and left.
I was shocked and very frustrated. Later on another nurse came we did the testing without the

My girlfriend (a.k.a. Jane) and I were patients here. I went once, and Jane went twice, all for regular appointments that are covered by our healthcare plans. Jane's second visit required a follow up, which was included in the cost of the original appointment. During that follow up PA Sarah Bigelow asked her a question unrelated to the appointment, but Jane didn't think anything of it at the time. Weeks later we received a $180 bill for the follow up, which was supposed to be free, because she was charged for a completely different service. Bigelow never asked Jane for approval to change the purpose

Doctor Sarah Bigilow is my doctor, she prescribed me Zoloft which helped quite a bit. It was life changing Infact. I called for a refill and was told no that I needed to come in. I couldn’t afford a visit at the time and started getting dizzy. I called and begged for a refill because I was starting to feel weird things, twitchy, depressed and dizzy. After calling for 5 days they refilled it. It’s been a month and I called for 5 days leaving messages with her nurse with only one call back after I explained my situation to the front desk. She called me back Friday and said I’d need to make

I highly recommend Dr. Bradford Fenton. After years of being told that my issues were normal and simply due to my age he is the only doctor who ever listened to me and investigated my symptoms further. He offered me real solutions and brought to light options that had never before been given to me. I can't think him and his support staff enough.

I called to make a new patient appointment for my wife who had been having what we thought could have been kidney pain. We waited a while on hold (about 5 minutes), but we got an appointment the same day with Natasha Sherrill which was a surprise as we didn’t think we would be able to get something so soon. The whole appointment was extremely easy and efficient. She got her lab results immediately. The whole appointment, from check-in, labs, and the provider visit was 40 minutes. INCREDIBLE. Thank you.

I absolutely love this facility. I came here after finding out I was pregnant with my second child, and had Dr. Bradford Fenton as my ob-gyn. I have never had a more amazing doctor. He knows the medical field in and out. The entire staff is friendly and kind. I loved the lab techs, they are super funny. My new son now sees Dr. Ryan there, and she's fantastic!! Dr. Fenton got me through an incredibly rough delivery at Regional that could have gone south quickly. His amazing skills ensured I didn't have to have an emergency c-section and my son was healthy. He was informative, thorough

After having been a patient here for at least 25 years, I was forced to retire due to medical issues. Without insurance, the whole experience changed since I could not be a cash up front patient. I used to be able to get an appointment in a day or two.Now I am put on hold, then told first available appointment is 15 days away.
My prior appointment took 2-1/2 hours, but doctor was seen maybe a total of 6 minutes. After an x-ray and prescription given, I was dismissed. I said "aren't you going to irrigate my ears?" Had gone in with blocked, painful ears. Reply was "no." Long

My original visits here where Terrible, I'd constantly be told nothing's wrong to only find myself in the ER or back with more issues.
GOOD NEWS. A lot of new staff and Doctor are working since then. I see Sarah here, and she had a new doctor work with me today. They both where amazing and looked at all possibilities. She even informed me of a vaccine I never knew excited but upon further investigation I decided to get. It's the first time I've had a doctor tell me 'these symptoms are important and not good' instead of 'you probably have a cold&apos
