Felicity, originally from the UK acquired the business in 2013. Felicity has an honors degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey, Guildford. Prior to moving to Boca Raton, Felicity worked in the Sales and Marketing Departments at Estee Lauder's headquarters in London.

My husband and my two sons cut their hairs with Chris who is an amazing barber!! I really recommend him! Although Everytime I call the salon to make a hair appointment with him, the salon's receptionist seems to have an attitude; she is very rude and has no customer service skills. Unfortunately every time I need to schedule an appointment for my sons or husband I have the displeasure to speak to her.

I HIGHLY recommend going to Laurene!! She has taken such good care of my hair and it feels SO healthy. I came to her with dark brown hair wanting to go blonde fully expecting my hair to be fried and destroyed after the session but it feels the best it has in years. Throughout the entire process she explained every step and what she was doing (which just demonstrates how much she cares about taking care of your hair and your wellbeing as a customer) not to mention how funny she is! Tracy is amazing! If you need a hairstylist, don't hesitate to make an appointment. You'll be thanking me for the recommendation and telling all your friends! She listens to what you want, but will make suggestions to give you options you may not have thought of. Not pushy though, so she's happy to give you exactly what you came for.
