Dan Humphries, the owner, started roofing after school and summers at the age of 13 working for his step-father who owned a roofing company. An Honest roofer in Dallas - yes they do exist. Hailstorm 03/16 damaged many roofs the neighborhood. Many neighbors had their roofs replaced. Two reputable roofing companies told me my roof was a total loss and must be replaced. Dan Humphries examined my roof and said "you have small damage but the integrity of your roof is fine - the insurance Co will probably not pay for your roof". Saved me the hassle of a claim and increased premiums! An honest businessman

I had a very reasonable quote for my roof repair. The following week, it was repaired well.
I called the office and asked about paying with Visa/Mastercard, but they don't accept these forms of payment. I was told an invoice would be mailed when the work was completed. I told them I would stop by their office and make the payment since I drive by the office each day to and from work.
3 days after my repair, I got a not-very-nice voicemail from Dan telling me the work is completed and he wants to be paid. I called the office again and was told the communication error was my fault because

I've used them twice for repairs and was pleased. I have one blown off shingle and they want $140 for a trip charge...,at their convenience when they were in the neighborhood. I may be on social security but I'm not stupid. I gave them rave reviews on this site and every other social media site that I praised them on them on..
