Byrge Carpet Cleaning
I was sitting in church with John Wagner, owner of Wagner Carpet Cleaning. John asked me, "What are you doing now Tom?" I told John that I had retired from Real Estate and was bored, needing to be busier than I have been since retiring. John's comment to my response was come up to my shop tomorrow and I will sell you a carpet cleaning truck and you can start a carpet cleaning company.

John said that I could go on cleaning appointments with his cleaning crew and learn how to clean carpet. I said ok. Working with John and his crew as well as doing research on my own, I learned that the most important part of cleaning carpet was to remove the dirt, grit, hair, and anything else that was buried in the carpet.
Services
With the rising cost of carpet replacement, prolonging the life of one's investment in carpeting is a major concern today. Proper maintenance is the obvious way to extend your carpet's life. Hot water extraction methods only make the carpets wear and resoil more quickly. Byrge uses only true dry cleaning solvents to provide you with the highest quality cleaning.
First the upholstery type is identified. This allows the technician to decide what cleaning procedure must be used for the best results. Special processes are used for cotton, cotton blends, wool, silk, and other fragile materials to allow for the best possible cleaning. Secondly, the entire body and cushions are brushed with a special upholstery brush to loosen the dry soils and prepare the fabric for vacuuming.
Service went very well. Very knowledgeable about the kind of cleaning that he does, and convinced me that the dry cleaning was better for my carpet, then the steam cleaning that I had been doing. We found Tom very personable, and helpful with suggestions, and he completed his tasks in a timely manner.
