Southern Roofing and Insulating Company has been serving Augusta Georgia and the entire Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) for over 80 years. We are a family owned and operated business and we install all the roofing, window, carport, insulation, and screen products we sell. Southern Roofing is dedicated to providing nothing but the best roof construction, repair and replacement.
At Southern Roofing, we understand that a roof replacement is a large expense which is why we carry and install only the highest quality shingles to give you the best value when protecting your largest investment. We carry and install shingles from IKO, Owens Corning, Atlas, and GAF. Industry and Commercial properties here in the CSRA rely on us here at Southern Roofing to supply solutions for shingles, flat roofs, TPO, and EPDM applications.
My most recent dealing with Southern Roofing was having them replace skylights in my parents living room. The original skylights had lost their seal and became very foggy. Because of the fog, the lights didn't let in the natural light they once had. Southern installed the E-Max series WASCO lights and the difference is huge.

UPDATE: NO I will not take my review down. Sad how much a review constitutes how a business should treat their paying customers. Bob Stevens, the owner, will not stop harassing my family and I to take this post down. He has even resorted to bribery offering $100 to take this review down because its "bad for business" well sorry if you don't respond in a timely matter and stand behind your work. It was not until AFTER I made this post that men were actually sent to the house to do some repairs that I hope are good. Bob and his team were so amazing and helpful. the speed at which they work and quality was over what i expected, especially how cheap the price was. I called 3 other roofing companies and they were crazy expensive and were trying to up sell me a bunch of bs stuff. But Bob told me straight to the point and was so friendly, he talks to you like he known you for a while which i like. The team left no mess and debris around. Bob Stevens jr is in professional the jobs are half way done way over priced and all around a horrible company to deal with I hope the better business bureau shuts the doors on this place they pay there help $8.00 an hour after 30 years with the company and there best help at that please don’t use this company unless your prepared to get robbed.
