Bobby is the best. He’s the only person I have had clean our carpets in 15 years. Never no issues with him. Very nice person to talk to. Does a great job. Way overpriced and a terrible job. Nearby furniture had overspray of dirty cleaning fluid. Cleaned dining room chairs and let the cleaning fluid drip on the wood and pulled the stain out of the wood. Stain on the floors. Wood parts of chairs all streaked now. Pet stains in carpet came back. We called and the guy came back, used a scrub brush and some spray. I told him about our concerns, he literally said nothing. Was gone in about 5 minutes. One word... DON'T!!!!
