The office holds a meeting every month, during which time the office is closed. The monthly office meeting typically takes place the second to last Friday of each month, but is subject to change without notice. There will be a voicemail greeting on days in which the office meeting takes place informing clients that the office has closed early and when the office will reopen.

Stephanie Flynn worked with me the whole process, explain what was going on, was honest about the odds and how things worked, and kept me informed on what I needed to do. Her office staff and her were always a phone call or message away. The whole process can me trying and really test your patience. Do not waste your time unless you basically want to be your own attorney. Very unresponsive. Never calls you and when you have to reach out to them because you haven’t heard anything for a month or longer they never call you back. You get the receptionist that may or may not relay your message. Please take your business somewhere else! Never again.

I spent 6 months working with this firm. The only thing of value I gained was a pen. Granted, it's a nice pen, but I wanted professional competent legal council. Definitely didn't get that. Unless you have a ton of money to completely throw away, I would recommend ANYWHERE else.
