Services
It is important to see your dentist every six months for an oral exam to ensure the continued health of your teeth and gums. We also conduct an oral cancer screening to encourage early detection. Checkups ensure that problems can be caught early and adequately monitored or treated conservatively. Problems allowed to advance in your teeth and gums can not only cause problems in your mouth but can also affect your general health.
Dr. Harcharn S. Mangat received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India in 1977. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine, Boston, MA in June of 1982. After graduating from dental school, he worked as an associate at Frackville Mall Clinic. He then established his private practice in Pine Grove, PA in 1984.

Very friendly staff. Sara, the hygienist was very kind, patient and gentle. Explained everything as she worked and made me feel very at ease. The doctor was friendly and very professional and the facility was very clean and newer equipment. The offer their own insurance plan for those who do not have insurance, and also a great place for anyone with dental work anxiety.

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helped ease my nerves about going to the dentist for the first time in a few years. No shame, just real advice and solutions. And things with my teeth were much better than I anticipated. (Don’t put things off the way I did because you may not actually have much to worry about 🙂) I think I’ve found the permanent place for all my future dental care.

My first visit with Mangat Family Dentistry was wonderful. I was really surprised by how I was made to feel very relaxed and was kept fully informed every step of the way. They tried to work with me in every way and offered up some suggestions on on how to proceed which were very surprising to me. They actually listen to you. They are very straightforward without being pushy. I do not normally do these kind of reviews but I felt it warranted in this case. I am highly satisfied with my choice to go here.
