Chef Jonathan Krell is a Philadelphia native who now calls Oklahoma home. His background was not at first the culinary arts but in audio engineering. Having toured for six years with national acts here and abroad, he was exposed to many food cultures. Food has always been a large part of his upbringing.

We went to dinner before attending a show nearby and the service and food was very good! From making the reservation to helping us get to our next appointment on time, everything was on point. Our server was very informative and ready with helpful dinner suggestions. It was a perfect start to a wonderful evening! We loved the Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake too but ate it all before I could get a picture

I loved this dining experience. We were the first customers of the evening and the staff were friendly and helpful but didn't overstay their welcome at the table. The staff were happy and in good moods, the food was excellent, made easier by the helpful advise of the staff based on my preferences. One of the staff even stopped to comment on my drink choice and said she stayed after work to have that same drink. Ashley and George were amazing!! They made our date night an exceptional experience!!
I typically never order off of the menu and want to be surprised. Ashley chose a perfect meal created by an amazing Chef!! From the cocktail with basil (chosen for me) to the warm bread with two perfect spreads it was the beginning of a wonderful dinner experience for us! When our plates arrived we were both in awe in every way!! Daniel and I highly recommend that you try the lamb!!!

The food here is delicious and it’s a great value. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items - they even gave me some recommendations for what to try! The atmosphere was pleasant but not overwhelming like other places I've been too which meant my guests could enjoy themselves as well without feeling overstimulated or uncomfortable because of noise from another table's conversation. We will definitely be back again soon.....

Best Italian food in Oklahoma City! There isn't anything bad on the menu. Fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. Beyond that, the space is cozy and intimate with plenty of room for social distancing. The staff is quick and attentive as well. Definitely go for the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake! Highly recommend Patrono and can't wait to come back again soon.

Had dinner here on Saturday night with my family and it was great! We had an amazing server, Garrett. He was so friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and we came in close to 10pm, but they were still able to sit us because the kitchen didn’t close until 10:45. Overall, great experience!

I have wanted to try this place, and after visiting it this week, I have to say that the food wasn't memorable. However, the complimentary bread for the table was great to compare to other Italian restaurants. The bread comes with an herb and olive oil and butter with a balsamic reduction spread. We started with the tomato bisque, and it was terrific. However, the main entree I got, a spinach pasta and asiago cream sauce, was quite bland even after mixing the sauce and pasta. WOW!!! First time here and jokingly when we entered I thought we were in Dracula's layer with all the curtains, but once we sat down, my wife and I knew this would be an awesome place!

Tried a new place - this was absolutely superb. (I've lived in Italy, and this is one of THE best bolognese sauces I've ever had!) They have a balsamic reduction butter that is served with the bread - delicious!
The Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio is amazing. The Crabcake is also fantastic - better than I've had on the coast! Most excellent Bolognese!
It was almost empty when we went (an hour before closing, weeknight) the service was fast and very friendly.
Would absolutely recommend!

We met Robert, spouse of Robert, the day before and he told us about Patrono. So we made reservations for the following night. My hubby adores pork chops plus pasta so this was his idea of heaven. The pork chop was a double cut with a peach jam relish and Steve said it was the best he had ever tasted. I had a spinach pasta with Asiago cream sauce which was delicious. Our waiter Rebecca took excellent care of us! Thanks Robert and Robert!

Great atmosphere, delicious food and wonderful service! I could have made a meal off of the sourdough bread with garlic butter and pesto and the spaghetti with tomato basil sauce, ricotta cheese and meatballs was to die for. We topped our meal off with a dessert called Affogato, which consists of gelato drowned in Expresso and a pine nut cookie. One of the best desserts I've ever had. Our waiter Seth was obviously very proud of the restaurant and helped us make some wonderful food choices. Really stellar service. Give that boy a raise!

If you can afford to eat out during COVID, SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! My mom and I were traveling from CA and they stayed open late to allow us to order takeout and they even offered us the option to dine-in! This was all after they had closed.

Took my bride out for a fancier lunch date today. Prices are good, considering how it's more upscale.
We were served complimentary sourdough bread with two sides: butter with balsamic drizzle and sea salt & a salsa verde dip.
The bread was really good. Nice sourness, soft inside with a crusty exterior. It was served warm -felt like it was straight out of the oven. Butter was good and melted fairly easily on the warm bread but it was cold butter. I think room temp would've been best but this is me being picky. The salsa verse was good and had some tartness to it. Simple. My wife
