One the phone when I called to reserve a kennel for 2 of my dogs they were friendly and answered all my questions and gave me info on what vaccines they would need.
Then a week before my boarding date we had a change of plans so I called to see if I could board 1 more they said that would be no problem.
She asked if I wanted to board them together and I said yes.
Then on the day of boarding my husband took them in and was told they knew nothing about the 3rd dog and that she would have to board separately because the kennel was to small for 3.
They also failed to tell me about worming them

We asked them to call before doing surgery on our cat and they did not they proceeded with the surgery. Our cat endured a lot which we didn't want. They called to have us pick him up only 2 hours after surgery instead of offering to be keeping him there we had to bring him back because we couldn't take care of him in the condition he was in after major surgery.

I wish I could give 0 starts with how unprofessional Dr.Kevin was with me and my pet. His history intake is very poor and goes based off his first thought. I’ve spoke to many other pet owners who believe there dog has been misdiagnosed at the same facility by a male doctor. When it came to explaining procedures he spoke the bare minimum with little to no compassion. I strongly recommend if you go to this vet DO NOT WORK with DR. Kevin S. Gavin

When our pup contracted parvo, our vet would not see her. We took her to Airport West and they took her in immediately. They started her treatment and showed us how to do the rest of them. They gave us everything we needed. She was so sick. The staff was great. She recovered and is doing well, thanks to them.
