After a full month and 10 classes later, I can officially say that I'm a fan!! Parking can be a little iffy but it's not too bad. They had maybe three spots right behind their building which I've never tried to park in but you can also park at the lot right behind Smithes old bar or across the street at Ansley mall.
I've only taken the night classes as I work during the daytime so I can only speak for those. My favorite is the power I class and I've enjoyed both the one with Heather and with Jamie. The classes move quickly and will kick your butt but I always feel great

I ran a marathon & immediately had to fly to Atlanta for a business meeting.
I read & researched many massage places online, many sounded quite sketchy.
A couple of reputable spas/studios were either way overpriced or no appointments available.
I booked a massage with Lane. I was concerned that a sport or deep tissue massage would further damage my post marathon legs but Lane ensured me that he will not do damage.
Lane did a fantastic job! Very professional.

I had a 60-minute massage with Lane, and it was AWESOME! He was really nice, knowledgeable, and I left feeling much better. The room was very clean (smelled pretty nice too!), and it felt very comfortable. I've also attended a few yoga classes, and Jamie is great! Very calming presence, and definitely knows what he's doing and how to translate it to students. I'll definitely be back!

I prefer regular temp yoga, but enjoy my time here. I usually go to Hot 1 at 6am, and there are usually two to three others at practice. Hot 1 is really good for me, someone new to Hot Yoga and not really super jazzed about the heat. It's a good variety of poses held for maybe 4-5 breaths. I like that Jamie reminds us of corrections to our poses for posture. Power 1 is faster with repitition and sun salutations, a little too intense for me because I can't do a lot of up and down in the heat.
The showers and facilities are clean, lockers come with locks, and the space is intimate. Jamie

I highly recommend Jamie's studio to brand-new yogis as well as seasoned practitioners. I was so happy when this new RHY studio opened just down the street from my house.
Now that I've attended a few weeks of classes, I'm happier than ever, because it's one of the very top studios I've encountered in my eight years of practicing hot yoga. The studio is brand new, squeaky clean, immaculately organized, bright and cheery. I especially love the orange walls!
