As parents of four little ones ourselves, we understand that childhood is a paradise of fleeting moments. We are constantly inspired to capture the magic before the moment passes. Drawing on ten years of experience as a commercial photographer and photo editor, Michael delivers stunning portraits of the highest quality.
Our Portrait Sessions include digital files and a credit toward prints. No surprises, no hidden costs. Our time, talent, artistic vision, and professional editing of your select portraits are part of it all. Each Portrait Session experience begins with a phone consultation to discuss location and wardrobe options.
Twinkle Portraits offers at-home newborn photography throughout the Denver metro area. With over ten years of experience photographing infant babies, our posing techniques are safe and comfortable for your baby. For added convenience, we bring our lighting, blankets, and props with us to your home for a true studio-at-home approach.
Denver offers ample outdoor settings for beautiful baby photos. From open fields, lush meadows, nature preserves and farms, babies find themselves free to explore these natural settings, which in-turn allow us to photograph them being themselves. Baby photoshoots are recommended for children who can sit comfortably on their own, and take place between April to November.

Family photos last a life time and it was important to us to find a studio that would 1) make the process a lasting wonderful memory and 2) produce fantastic photos. Simply the BEST!!! Sophie and Michael have captured my toddler and baby so perfectly. You can tell that they have years of experience, and they make the whole session so relaxed and enjoyable. My toddler hates having his pictures taken, but he smiled and laughed for the whole shoot. I'm SO thankful for our portraits!!!! We highly recommend Twinkle Portraits!

We had such a great experience with Michael and Sophie for our daughter’s newborn portraits! Sophie is a baby whisperer and knew all the tricks to get our daughter into a deep sleep for the photos. And we are so in love with these images. It was honestly hard to choose just a couple to frame. Highly recommend Twinkle Portraits! We will definitely be scheduling a family shoot soon.

WOW - I was absolutely blown away by how amazing every single image turned out! Michael and Sophie are so talented and made the whole process so easy for us. They are very helpful when it comes to making creative suggestions, and incorporating our own ideas into the session. Working with newborns has its own unique challenges but Sophie was so gentle and patient with our little girl that she practically slept through the entire session. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Twinkle Portraits for newborn photography to anyone who is expecting!

I strongly recommend working with Twinkle Portraits. The photographers have years and years of experience in working with families and children of all ages, and it truly shows! Part of me dreaded the idea of juggling all my kids to get them to pose but the Twinkle portrait team were naturals. They got beautiful shots of my whole family, and everyone looked genuinely happy. It was a very positive experience and the quality of their work was great. Aside form that, they were a pleasure to work with, reliable, and competitively priced.

Sophie and Michael did a fantastic job capturing our son’s one year portraits. This was our first photo shoot since our wedding, and it was SO much fun! Michael is wonderful at photographing outdoors, finding great locations and the best natural light. A true artist. Sophie was helpful and patient with our boy. He’s never behaved so well, and they captured more smiles and laughs than I could have imagined. You can tell that they are parents of four, and highly experienced at working with young children. Sophie did a fabulous job photographing my baby girl. I was so impressed by how she was able to capture her personality and all my favorite expressions. The photographs are incredible. I will cherish them forever. We’ve already printed several portraits for our own home, and gifted to our grandparents for the holidays. Everyone LOVES them. I would recommend Twinkle Portraits to anyone looking for a talented and creative photographer. I know I will be back again for my daughter’s one year session in the summer. Can’t wait!!!
