After a miscommunication with my Landlord and some days in near freezing conditions and having to relocate my 13 year old Son, Dan Forster came through with flying colors and we now have a cozy Apartment again!
Dan is very experienced, punctual, honest and truly cares about his customers. He personnaly showed up, listened to my concerns and needs and the next day we had a new heater and could move back into our, again, comfy, cozy place of refuge.
I can sense from our meeting that Dan has a comittment to providing excellent service to our community.

Extremely fast response and excellent service!!! Friday morning--at the start of an extreme heat wave--the fan went out on my HVAC system--a system that was installed 5-years ago by another Heating and Air business. I called Forster at 10:00am they were very nice, and understanding and had a technician at my house by 2:00pm! In the meantime, the fan came on--after not working for 20-hours. The Forester technician, Mike Stolla, carefully examined the system and said it is likely the fan is going out and will need to be replaced--a very expensive prospect! It should have been under manufacturer

They came out to look at my heater. I woke up at 49 degrees yesterday. My neighbor told them he could let them inside, but they never went inside. They said I had heat. I woke up at 50 degrees this AM. They have been "servicing" my unit for several years and still haven't fixed it. Unfortunately this is a rental, so the landlord picks the company. I'm an extremely unhappy tenant.
