Great Variety of classes for everyone. This gym has really improved over the years!! With equipment/ pool area updated..really did the best during COVID... I feel everybody can find something to do here to improve health/ fitness & feel comfortable here. The owners are very friendly they also are involved with the Sherman, Denison community

I would give zero stars for customer service because they tried to charge me an additional $200 to cancel my membership after already paying $100. Take a picture of your contract before signing it. After reading all the other reviews I think it is obvious that they are scamming people when they can. I have seen this a lot in small towns where people get scammed because there is not as much media attention. And people are more trusting and laid back in small towns therefore much more easy to be taken advantage of. It is always a shame when something good is taken advantage of. Don't get swindled

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I canceled my membership four months ago and the manager told me they won't take anymore money out of my account. Well they have taken money out for the past 4 months. I have called multiple times. And they tell me the same thing. I'm taking the manager to be a scam artists. Watch out for them when they "tell you your accounts been canceled" they obviously didn't cancel it.

While I can agree that this place is ALWAYS packed, I would say this is the best place to workout in Sherman. It is also the priciest place but it has many amenities such as pool and hot tub, sauna, tanning, group classes, and even kids care (1 hr for infants 2 hours for ages 1+) if you have the premium membership which is about $32/ month. I love that this gym is open 24 hours Monday Through Thursday, i always come late at night because I enjoy going when there are hardly any people. Staff is mostly young kids or young adults but are pretty friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely

Horrible customer service, the owners/managers are never there and they never return your requests for a follow up phone call. It's so crowded there is never a place for the trainers to work out their clients. They want to be a personal training gym but they don't respect their clients who are paying more.

Updated review: Another day with 6 treadmills with TV:s not working. I'm a patient and understanding person but...come on, this is beyond ridiculous! It's a good thing this is happening in a location with no competiton because if it had been in McKinney, Plano, Flower Mound or any area like that it's been closed down already. Sad!

The gym itself is great and the trainers are very professional, But it's this gyms underhand business ways and constant refusal to honor a binding contract that kills it for me and a lot of my friends. I tanned here after working out for a whole week then all of a sudden on the Monday of the fallowing week I go to the desk to get the tanning booth set up and the gentleman at the desk says that will be $5 dollars, I told him I have had the Platinum membership for 2 years but he said that doesn't matter since I have the Platinum membership from Whitesboro. It gets three stars for quality of trainer, cleanliness of facility and variety of things to do. It gets 0 stars for customer service. Members, demand a copy of your member agreement; they will not automatically give it to you unless you ask for it. There are fees associated that will probably surprise you when they're debited months after you sign up (because, let's face it, there's no such thing as a $9.95 membership). I have just started going to this gym a few weeks ago and I love it.
They have 3 different monthly prices all depending on how much up front you want to pay. They all end up totaling the same. It did take me awhile to get signed up because they only have one staff member doing this while also running the front desk. She was with someone when I first for there. It would be nice to have two people and not have to wait 30 minutes.
Kids area: Always clean. Always two teachers. Climbing play thinh with slide, tv, wii, and coloring area. They let you know immediately if your child gets in trouble

I was staying across the street at the La Quinta, and their workout room stunk, and was not up to my standards. So, my bro-in-law recommended the "Ultimate Family Fitness" across the highway. Yep, here I come!
I walk in, and it was your typical, big box gym, but was obviously fairly new. I asked for a day pass, and they quoted me $15. Jesus, I thought this was a tad steep, especially for Sherman, Texas. I had a few hours to kill, so I reluctantly handed the friendly desk dude my AMX. Off I go...
