We couldn't get our heat to kick on this morning and Guy from R Buck Heating and A/C came to the rescue! He was on time and super knowledgeable. He educated us on our furnace and central air, plus changed our filter. So happy with the friendliness and professionalism. I will be calling R Buck for any heat or A/C concerns. The appointed time came and the doorbell rang. Promptness was the first impression. He put on his booties and then entered my home. He went right to work setting the thermostat and then on to the furnace. No hesitation as he inspected the furnace and added water to the battery operated pump until the float started the pump. He can communicate in a professional and courteous manner as he does the inspection and waits for the furnace to run the designated settings. I highly recommend this employee for prompt and accurate service.
