I called this office on 12/4/19 to scheduled an appointment to do my son,s taxes who is special needs. The secretary wanted to know how much my son made for 2018 and 2019, my name, my son's name and my address before she can schedule an appointment. Told me Mr. Victor would call me back and I have not heard from him. Very interesting questions to ask before scheduling an appointment for services that was finally never scheduled after answering all the questions asked? It sounds like some form of discrimination is happening here? Are these questions to ask a caller before scheduling an appointment
